Hiring Executives on an Interim Basis

Occasionally, a business may need to consider hiring an Executive level individual on an ‘Interim’ basis, this could be due to a major project initiation, a company restructure or relocation, perhaps to cover a leadership role during an extended period of absence, perhaps for maternity or parental leave?

On these occasions, it is of extreme importance to ensure the interim appointment is at least as capable to deliver the role for the defined period of the engagement, to the standard that would have been expected of the incumbent.
